About

Jessa (she/her) is a sports media professional with a dream of becoming a full-time novelist. Since graduating from Sports Journalism at Centennial College in Toronto, she has worked as a sports writer, radio reporter, communications manager, and film producer. She's always on the hunt for women's sports novels, or stories that will greatly enhance her perspective on the world in some way.

Though an extrovert at heart who loves a good party, Jessa seeks regular alone time so she can write. If she doesn't, her characters get agitated being trapped inside her head, making her go stir crazy.  ​​

When not at her desk or curled on the couch reading, Jessa is outside... Hiking, camping, running, at the beach, canoeing, playing sports, anything she can do in the sunshine -- except gardening. She's very bad at gardening. Maybe because she finds weeds to be more fascinating than flowers.
